Jolly good, here's the itinerary. To manage the immense logistics, kindly consult the FAQ first then RSVP for each event. The deadline is 30 June 2026. Do be a sport and don't make us start chasing people.
Welcome to Mithi Resort and Spa, or as we shall now affectionately call it, the sacred grounds of our magnificent festival shindig. It’s a bit on the exclusive side, mind you, non-hotel guests can’t just pop in to say hello. So if you're after that proper White Lotus Resort “do not disturb my holiday” vibe, this is absolutely the place. Sun, serenity, and not a single gatecrasher in sight!
Mithi is a rather luxurious, sprawling 14-hectare oasis on Panglao Island, Bohol, and it's where the main festival action will be taking place.
They’ve got everything one needs to forget the misery of a British summer: private white sand beaches, an infinity pool for your proper relaxation, and villas with private jacuzzis for when a bath just won't cut it. And get this: the resort even boasts its very own Cambagat Cave for a spot of subterranean swimming. Because, heaven forbid you should have to drive to a local attraction.
In short, it’s all terribly lavish, wonderfully secluded, and utterly perfect for a multi-day knees-up. Prepare to swap the mud of Somerset for the sand of Bohol, this is where the magic (and the main event) happens.

Our second favourite spot for guests, mainly because even the non-hotel lot can pay a small fee, wander in, and join us on the beach for a cheeky piña colada or two. It’s practically a tropical pub crawl with sand!
10 kilometers away or 19 minutes by Tuktuk to the Festival venue. This is the resort you need when a proper tropical getaway is in order. Located on Bohol's Panglao Island, Oceanica (formerly South Palms) boasts the longest stretch of private white sand beach around, meaning no fighting for space with a thousand strangers.
It's all beautifully lush, decidedly fancy, and built with a lovely blend of modern comfort and tropical flair. You’ll find sea-view villas with all the necessary comforts (thank goodness for air conditioning that works), an infinity pool, and the option for a world-class massage. Sorted.

Our third pick, most likely because BBC is practically next door to Oceanica Resort, and they both share the same gloriously sprawling white beach. It’s like neighbours borrowing sugar, except it’s sunshine and sea breeze instead.
10 kilometers away or 19 minutes by tuktuk to the festival site.
If Henann is the slightly boisterous new chap down the road, the Bohol Beach Club is the established country estate. It’s one of Panglao’s original institutions, recently spruced up, and it prides itself on its rather splendid turf on Dumaluan Beach.
This is crucial: the BBC shares its tranquil, sprawling beachfront with Oceanica Resort, but unlike the hubbub of Alona Beach, this area is more serene and far less frantic. It’s where you go to actually hear the waves, not just the bass line from the nearest bar. They boast of having the "best beach on the island," meaning the sand is pristine and there's ample room for your umbrella.
The place is superb for families and couples who prefer tranquility over endless happy hour deals. Think less all-night rave, more sunset cocktails followed by a gentle Filipino cultural performance. It’s refined, it’s relaxing, and crucially, you can get a decent night's sleep.

Here are the room rates for 2026:
Deluxe room P10,900 or $188 per night
12 kilometers from the festival site, 23 mins by tuktuk, this is the largest resort on Panglao, boasting a massive 6.5-hectare footprint right on Alona Beach. Forget quaint. Henann is pure holiday scale, featuring three huge swimming pools (including "swim-up" rooms, for the truly lazy) and a colossal buffet at the Sea Breeze Café.
Crucially, if you want to be right in the middle of the beach nightlife and all the restaurants Alona Beach has to offer, this is your spot. It’s also best for families, as the sheer size means there’s plenty of room for the little ones to roam without causing a massive fuss. It’s slick, modern, and the energetic base for a lavish tropical trip. Sorted.
For reservations, contact reservations.hbl@henann.com.
Here are the room rates for 2026:

Sitting beside Oceanica and Bohol Beach Club on the same strip of the white sands of Dumuluan Beach, we present to you South Palms Resort.
10 kilometers away or 19 minutes by tuktuk to the festival site.
Pay attention posh people, because Panglao now has two "South Palms" resorts, a truly inspired choice of names, I'm sure. This one is the new, truly premium offering, backed by Accor's fancy MGallery Collection.
This resort is where authentic Filipino culture meets five-star luxury. They've ditched the simple "beach hut" aesthetic and gone full designer, with interiors rooted in local myths and materials (lots of bamboo and rattan, rather chic).
It sits on a pristine private beach and boasts five outdoor pools, not two, not three, but five. This is the quiet, high-end escape for those who appreciate farm-to-table dining, an on-site working farm (yes, really), and a luxurious spa over a cheap pint. If you desire a serene, culturally infused, and utterly indulgent tropical trip without the madding crowd, this is the ticket.

Room rates for 2026:
Junior Suite with Pool P27,000 or $462 per night
Ocean View Room for 2 P29,000 or $497 per night
Diwata Suite P36,000 or $617 per night
12 kilometers away or 21 minutes by tuktuk to the festival site, this is the newcomer on the Panglao scene, and it's quite the ambitious undertaking. Located near the quiet Doljo Beach area, Modala positions itself as a luxury escape that is blessedly far from the Alona Beach crowds.
Its key selling point? It has a whole adjacent "Moadto Strip Mall." Yes, a shopping centre. So, if the tranquil beauty of the beach becomes too much, you can pop out for a bit of retail therapy: a highly effective safety net for anyone.
Modala is definitely best for families and couples seeking a quieter, more curated experience. It's modern, boasts a lovely infinity pool, and the ethos is all about sustainability (which sounds very worthy). You can enjoy various water activities, but the general vibe is relaxing and peaceful. The perfect spot for those who want five-star facilities, but without the late-night karaoke spilling over the wall.
Room Rates:
Deluxe Room P7,865$ or 134 per night
Panoramic Room P8,580 or $147 per night
Sea View Room P9,500 or $162 per night

12 kilometers away or 21 minutes by tuktuk to the festival site.
If you find yourself utterly determined to avoid the sea, then BE Grand is your sanctuary. Located in the Danao area of Panglao, this resort is practically a water park for the discerning adult. It features a staggering collection of five swimming pools. Yes, five, including a dedicated dive pool for those who need a practice swim before tackling the ocean's actual perils.
The whole place is modern, sleek, and offers a quiet, laid-back vibe, positioning it somewhere between the party scene of Alona and the extreme tranquility of Dumaluan. You'll find a rooftop bar (for a decent sunset cocktail), a generous buffet, and villas designed for families. In fact, with its multiple pools, game room, and kid's pool, it’s perfect for families who want guaranteed entertainment without having to leave the premises.
In short, it’s grand, it’s spacious, and if you fancy a full English in a place with five pools, you've found your spot.
Room rates:
Deluxe RoomP 6,800 or $116 per night
Deluxe Oceana P19,500 or $334 per night
Dream Villa P32,500 or $557 per night
700 meters away or 3 minutes by tuktuk to the festival site.
Now, this isn't your five-star, 'private butler' sort of resort.
Hinagdanan Bayview is the practical, no-nonsense choice for the discerning traveller who prefers to spend their money on experiences rather than overpriced poolside cocktails.
Located in the Dauis area, this resort’s entire raison d'être is its proximity to the natural celebrity of the region: the famous Hinagdanan Cave. You can practically roll out of bed and into the cave for a swim in the mystical underground pool, a jolly good way to start the day.
While the resort itself is a bit more humble than its grander neighbours, guests frequently mention having access to an infinity pool and a small private beach. The atmosphere is definitively quiet and chilled out, you won't be troubled by thumping music or overly zealous pool games here. It’s ideal for the budget-conscious adventurer or family who wants a clean, quiet base from which to launch their Bohol land tours.
In short: Sensible rooms, lovely views, great location for sightseeing, and you’ll save enough pennies for a lifetime supply of mangoes. Perfect.
Villa Rate:
3 Bedroom Villa for 12 P10,000 or $170 per night
7 kilometers away or 16 minutes by tuktuk to the festival site.
